Meeting, photography, or team building rate includes chairs, tables, AirPlay TV and sound. ($100 cleaning fee optional)

Our most affordable pricing is from 5:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday and 5:00 am – 12 pm on weekends.
There are no refunds for cancellations made less than 14 days in advance of your event.

- Guest Welcome: Use of our beautiful, welcoming lobby space. The lobby can accommodate 10-15 guests
- Convenience: On-site his and her restroom facilities with showers.
- Cleaning service is included in every booking, just remove all trash decorations and light cleaning for spills. Our service will come in after for “deep cleaning only”

(3-hour minimum.) 10% off for bookings of 6 hours or more. Included with Every Rental: AV equipment (AirPlay 65” TV), high-speed Wi-Fi access, and a refreshment station. Cleaning Service $100.00

You’re the expert
As a trained professional you need a space to practice your profession that matches your expertise. The Nest is a brand-new fitness and wellness studio that allows you to create and grow your own practice. This facility is the perfect space for personal trainers, instructors, and practitioners to do what you do best – teach! An excellent environment for dance, pilates, Zumba, yoga, martial arts, or whatever training sessions you want to host.
The Place
A new way to do your work
The Nest features 1600 square foot space equipped with an amazing sound system you can connect your phone to and play music from your favorite app. Smart panels control the music, temperature, and lighting, featuring smart bulbs with millions of colors, you can create the perfect theme that will play and move to the beats of your music. Create the atmosphere you want for your sessions. Spa-like restrooms, showers, and lobby with a soothing water wall to bring the sounds of nature into the space. The floors are waterproof and antimicrobial, antibacterial bulbs throughout the space kill bacteria, germicidal lights in the HVAC kill bacteria, mold, and pollens. A high-speed fan pulls the air from the room after every class. The oversized HVAC unit creates a strong airflow in the exercise room. An infrared heater heats up the space for those of you that like it hot. The walls and floors are sound insulated, the facility is ADA compliant and there is not an elevator.

From Wellness Vision to Premier Event Venue
The Nest ABQ began as a heartfelt passion project: a community hub dedicated to empowering local wellness practitioners. We envisioned a supportive, inviting space where yoga, Pilates, dance teachers, mindfulness coaches, and trainers could bring health and vitality to Albuquerque without the high expense of signing a commercial lease. That vision gained incredible momentum, confirming the need for a shared space built on good energy and purpose. We quickly found that the intimate, bright, and calm atmosphere we created was also the perfect backdrop for personal celebrations. Our natural evolution turned into a flourishing event and off-site meeting space, placing us among the top venues in the city. We are committed to fostering this dual identity, offering a space that serves both community wellness and life’s important events. Community Guidelines
Cleaning
This community space is new and you would like for it to be clean when you arrive so as a tenant please help keep it this way for others in our community. It is our hope that you leave the space cleaner than when you arrived. The floors must be disinfected after you use the wellness room. (No exceptions or a cleaning fee of $100 may be charged) The Nest will provide utilities and regular janitorial services.
Membership
Member is responsible for any and all damage to the studio that takes place in your class. All members need to be approved prior to use of the space. Member is responsible for New Mexico sales tax.
Parking
There is no parking in front of the building Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm. You must park on the east side before 5:30 pm Monday – Friday. The Nest will provide general liability insurance for premises liability ONLY
Booking
Sessions are booked and paid for on an app called Court Reserve. It works well for hourly rentals and lock integration. The app will provide you with a 5-digit code. The doors have keypads so you simply enter your code and that gives you access to the room and turns on and then off based on the time booked and paid for. (e.g from 4:30 – 7:30 pm your code will only work during those hours.)
